1. Find Out More About NCCL School
The first step of the admissions process is to schedule a tour. We encourage families to see the school and meet current students and teachers, to get a full understanding of how we operate.
3. Educator Insight Form
We ask that you forward this Educator Insight Form to your child’s current educator so that they can share their insights and help us gain more information from an educator’s perspective.
5. Visit Day for Prospective Student
Applicants that meet our admissions criteria will then be asked to schedule a visit day with us. During their visit, your child will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the NCCL School classroom experience. Teachers will screen for both academic and social emotional readiness that are age/grade appropriate. Applicants may be asked to attend two visit days depending on the teacher’s observations. Visit days do not guarantee enrollment.
2. Submit an Application
Once you have toured the school, you can complete the enrollment application and submit your $50 application fee. We ask families to share any Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, disciplinary reports, psychological/educational tests or evaluations along with their enrollment paperwork. All documentation will be reviewed by our Administrative Team and grade appropriate teachers.

4. Family Conversation
After receiving your application, someone from our Administrative Team will contact you to schedule a 20-30 minute conversation. This is a valuable opportunity to ask questions, share your child’s needs, and discuss how our school can support your family’s goals.
6. Enrollment Decision
After all steps have been completed, we will notify you of our decision via email.
